Like a sun flower in a garden of roses,
on a warm and sunny day.
As if we bring two worlds together,
but it seems it wont be this way.
The roses roots intertwine,
they keep each other strong,
But since I am not part of your world
my roots just dont belong.
I try to be like each of you,
but my petals aren't the same.
I try to enjoy the things you do,
but my different color is the thing to blame.
I never really understood it,
I guess I just don't see.
How being a different flower
can force things away from me.
I am just supposed to accept it
or try to find another way.
What do I need to do
for you all to let me stay.
